In addition to experienced moving men who load professionally, we also offer you the assembly and dismantling of all furniture programs by trained specialists, as well as disposal work. We also always have enough space in our containers or the storage area if you want extra space.

After the move

 

Unfortunately, there is also work that needs to be done, especially after the move. You can simply let us take care of these cleanup tasks.

Whether it’s the dismantling of temporary facilities, the storage of your files (file storage), or the clearing and disposal of contaminated sites, we take care of these tasks professionally and expeditiously so that you can concentrate on your core business.

Insurance Coverage

 

A comprehensive insurance package is included in our service. This guarantees that the move will be carefree for you – even in the event of a problem.

Despite the greatest care, something can always happen. That is why we have insurance cover against all risks that the insured goods suffer during dismantling, packing, transporting, unpacking, setting up, and assembling by employees of peyer bern or by a worker commissioned by us.

The insurance value is the replacement price for items of the same type at the point of departure, plus packaging, delivery, and insurance costs to the place of destination. The claim to reimbursement of the replacement value is, however, limited in time, calculated from the time of the new acquisition:

3 years. Computers and peripherals, consumer electronics devices, and motor vehicles.
5 years other technical devices.
10 years all other things.
Older goods. These are insured at fair value. The amortization is based on the usual market rates.

Deductible – Your deductible is CHF 100.– per claim. The following are not insured:
– Pre-existing damage
– Scratches, scrapes, and chafing if the packaging or stowage/loading is not carried out by peyer bern or an experienced packer from a third-party furniture forwarder/carrier
– Live animals, plants, jewelry, precious stones, pearls, money, postage stamps
– Securities, certificates, minted and unminted precious metals

Insurance coverage
Your entire cargo is insured up to a total of CHF 1,000,000.

Individual items up to a value of CHF 5,000, unless specifically stated.
